Mission Statement
Our mission as a pest management company is to promote our role as the protectors of food, health, property and the environment by using technical knowledge and communication. Above all, we value our customer relationships and the BUG Man is committed to providing each customer with quality service and total customer satisfaction.
Our Story
John: Owner
John is a veteran having served in the United States Navy. John worked with one of the top pest control companies in the nation. He was one of the top producing technicians for the company. With over ten years of experience and the support of his family, John made the decision to leave. With his expertise and business connections in pest control industry, John took the leap of faith and in 1999 Bug Man, Inc was founded.
Over the next twenty-plus years Bug Man, Inc has stayed true to its core values. Well trained, professional and treat the customer as you would want to have someone treat your family.

Joshua: Technician
Joshua has a background in maintenance and customer service. He has worked for large corporations and with the knowledge gained from that experience has helped him to excel as one of Bug Man, Inc top technicians. He is a family man with a wife a several fur babies at home. He has shown that he is willing to learn and to go above and beyond what is asked of him. He has been a real asset to the Bug Man, Inc family.
Alan: Technician
Alan came to Bug Man, Inc in 2015 He is a veteran of the United States Army. He has worked in the transportation industry, as well as a painting contractor over the years. He came to Bug Man, Inc after working with a fellow pest control operator who retired. Alan has brought years of customer service and work ethic to Bug Man, Inc.
Anne: Office Manager
Anne has a background working in the retail sector and as a customer service representative for a Fortune 500 company. Anne knew it was time to work for a smaller company who’s core values were like her own. When she got the call from an old classmate saying her brother-in-law (John) was looking for office help she knew this was what she was looking for. Having run a route as a customer service representative she has the working knowledge for scheduling.
Her background in sales and management has integrated into our system to help run the office and keep the technicians on schedule. She has been an intricate part of running the office on a day to day basis.
